At Vitaderm, we place a premium on the quality of our formulations and your satisfaction. If you find that you have a change of heart regarding your purchase, we are here to assist you with a seamless return process.

1. The 28-Day Return Window

Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason, we gladly accept returns of goods within 28 days of your order date.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, it is essential that the products meet the following criteria:

• Unopened & Unused: All products must be in their original, unopened condition with all seals fully intact.
• Original Packaging: The items must be in their original, undamaged retail packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must accompany the return.

3. Our Return Procedure

To ensure your refund is processed as swiftly as possible, please follow our established procedure:

1. Notification: Contact our support team at admin@vitaderm.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return. We will provide you with specific shipping instructions.
2. Secure Packaging: Please re-pack the items into their original shipping box with the provided filler/bubble wrap to ensure they are protected during transit.
3. Transit Responsibility: Please note that items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items to confirm they are in their original condition, we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, or if we have inadvertently sent the wrong item, please notify us immediately upon receipt so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
