5. Orders and Cancellations

Contract Formation: A contract is only formed once we have dispatched your items. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

6. Returns and Refunds (UK Consumer Rights)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

Right to Cancel: You have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us of a return.
Hygiene Exception: Due to the nature of skincare products, items cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken or the product has been opened/used, unless the product is faulty.
Faulty Goods: If a product is defective, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gelida Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
